Valeo to showcase AI, SDV and electrification technologies at Paris Motor Show 2026

Valeo will showcase AI, software-defined vehicle, autonomous driving, electrification and safety technologies at the Paris Motor Show 2026.

Valeo will showcase its latest technologies spanning software-defined vehicles (SDVs), artificial intelligence, autonomous driving, electrification and safety at the Paris Motor Show 2026. The technology supplier will exhibit at Hall 5.3, Booth 53A51, from October 12 to 18.

The company says its focus at the show will be on technologies aimed at improving vehicle safety, sustainability, electrification and software integration while helping automakers accelerate development cycles.

“This Paris Motor Show is a vivid illustration of what is happening in our industry today: full technological acceleration,” said Christophe Périllat, CEO, Valeo. He added that the company’s AI and software capabilities are helping reduce development cycles to a few months, with the focus on delivering safer, smarter, more sustainable and affordable mobility.

For software-defined vehicles, Valeo will showcase its Valeo anSWer software platform suite, which combines field-proven applications, scalable middleware and cloud-based digital twin validation.

The company will also display Valeo Smart Safety 360 (VSS360), a 1-Box architecture designed to support vehicle automation from Level 1 and Level 2 ADAS functions to Level 2+ Highway Navigation on Autopilot (NOA).

Another highlight will be the Valeo SCALA 3 LiDAR, designed to provide multi-sensor redundancy for advanced Level 3 and Level 4 automated driving. Valeo says the system can support unsupervised driving at speeds of up to 130km/h and detect obstacles more than 200 metres away.

Valeo will also showcase an enhanced Racer XR platform, which uses onboard sensors, multimodal AI and deep learning to enable a new form of in-car entertainment and gaming.

The company’s electrification portfolio will include the Valeo Skateboard Power, an integrated 800V platform, along with its Single-Fluid Cooling System. Valeo claims the cooling technology can enable a 0-80% charge in 12 minutes while reducing the battery’s carbon footprint by up to 50%.

Other electrification technologies on display will include the CES 2026 award-winning Compact 5-Way Refrigerant Valve, Made-in-France 800V silicon-carbide inverters, bidirectional AC chargers supporting V2H and V2G applications, and the Valeo Cyclee 48V eBike system.

In vehicle safety, Valeo will highlight its Adaptive Driving Beam (ADB) and HD Pixel Lighting, which offers up to 1.3 million pixels. The company will also demonstrate 360-degree ground projections designed to alert vulnerable road users.

Its AquaBlade wiping technology is claimed to save 288 milliseconds of reaction time and up to four metres of stopping distance at 50km/h. Valeo will also showcase the Panovision Panoramic HUD, which integrates driver-monitoring hazard alerts.

Valeo will further highlight its circular-economy activities, including remanufactured ADAS cameras, headlamps and electronic components. The company said its remanufacturing programme builds on 45 years of experience.

The Valeo Tech Academy will also be featured, with hands-on simulators designed to help repair professionals develop skills for servicing increasingly software- and technology-intensive vehicles.

The company’s Paris Motor Show schedule includes a press lunch with speakers from 12:00 to 14:00 on October 12, followed by a press conference with Christophe Périllat from 15:45 to 16:00 at Booth 53A51. On October 13, Périllat is scheduled to deliver a keynote at the Dôme de Paris at 10:15.
