Mercedes-Benz India has introduced the exclusive GLE and GLS ‘Night Edition’ models in India, adding a distinctive and premium touch to its best-selling luxury SUV lineup. Offered as limited-series models, the Night Edition SUVs combine dark-themed styling, bespoke interior elements, and enhanced features designed for customers seeking exclusivity and personalization.
The Night Edition range includes the GLS 450 priced at Rs. 1.41 crore, GLS 450d at Rs. 1.43 crore, GLE 300d at Rs. 1.05 crore, and GLE 450 at Rs. 1.14 crore (all prices ex-showroom, India).
Exclusive Styling and Colour Options
The GLE and GLS Night Edition models feature darkened exterior styling elements that enhance their road presence and exclusivity. Customers can choose between Obsidian Black and the newly introduced Alpine Grey shade, which is exclusively available with the Night Edition and not offered on standard variants.
Inside the cabin, Mercedes-Benz has equipped both SUVs with black Nappa leather upholstery and Anthracite open-pore oak wood trim, creating a more premium and sporty ambience unique to the Night Edition lineup.
Enhanced Features for Added Luxury
Both Night Edition SUVs come equipped with a Head-Up Display (HUD) as standard. Additionally, the GLE Night Edition receives AIRMATIC suspension, offering improved ride comfort and handling compared to the standard GLE.
The Night Edition models are part of a global limited series and will be available in restricted numbers across markets, further increasing their exclusivity and collector appeal.

According to Santosh Iyer, continuous product innovation through new launches, facelifts, and exclusive editions has played a key role in strengthening Mercedes-Benz’s desirability in India.
He noted that the GLE and GLS continue to dominate the luxury SUV segment in India, making the country one of Mercedes-Benz’s top global markets for both models. He added that the Night Edition models reflect growing customer demand for personalization, exclusivity, and differentiated luxury experiences.

GLS Night Edition:
