Tata Motors Finance and Bank of India collaborate to boost commercial vehicle financing

Tata Motors Finance and Bank of India have entered into a strategic co-sourcing agreement aimed at enhancing financing options for commercial vehicle owners and fleet operators. Announced on October 7, 2024, the collaboration seeks to combine the strengths of both organizations to offer a more efficient and reliable customer experience across all segments of the commercial vehicle industry.

The agreement was formalized in a signing ceremony attended by key officials, including Shri Ashok Kumar Pathak, Chief General Manager of Bank of India, and Neeraj Dhawan, Managing Director (Designate) of Tata Motors Finance. Other notable attendees included Anand Bang, COO of Sales & Marketing at TMF, Paras Jha, Business Head of NCV at TMF, and Prashant Bharati, Chief Legal Officer of TMF.

The co-sourcing framework was jointly developed by teams from both Bank of India and Tata Motors Finance. This alliance is designed to explore new opportunities in commercial vehicle financing, strengthening the longstanding partnership between the two companies.
