Ravi Agrawal joins Force Motors to lead marketing operations

Force Motors has appointed Ravi Agrawal as General Manager and Head of Marketing, based at the company’s headquarters in Akurdi, Pune. The appointment reflects the company’s focus on strengthening its marketing strategy and enhancing brand visibility amid rising competition in the automotive and commercial vehicle sectors.

Agrawal brings more than 25 years of experience across the automotive, commercial vehicle and media industries. Over the course of his career, he has worked across multiple vehicle categories, including three-wheelers, light commercial vehicles, heavy-duty trucks and construction equipment.

Prior to joining Force Motors, Agrawal was associated with the Mahindra Group, where he gained extensive experience in brand development, market strategy and customer engagement initiatives.

In his new role, he is expected to spearhead Force Motors’ efforts in brand building, digital transformation and connected mobility solutions — areas that are becoming increasingly important as automotive companies adapt to changing customer expectations and technology-driven mobility trends.

His appointment comes at a significant time for the commercial vehicle industry, which is undergoing rapid transformation driven by electrification, infrastructure growth and the expansion of logistics networks.
