Schaeffler India, an industrial and automotive supplier, announced the appointment of Seshan Iyer as President of the Industrial business.
Iyer has more than 29 years of experience working with various organisations in the industrial business sector. His last role was with Bonfiglioli Transmission as Vice President, Sales and Marketing, where he was responsible for steering the Industrial Business for the company in India.
Prior to that, he held various sales leadership positions at Dalmia Refractories, TDW India, and Cooper Roller Bearings Company. He was also previously associated with Schaeffler as Head, OEM Sales – Heavy Industry and MRO.
Iyer will be employed at Schaeffler’s India corporate office in Pune and will be reporting to Harsha Kadam, Managing Director and CEO, Schaeffler India. Iyer will also be a member of the India leadership team.
