
Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) reported total sales of 32,516 units in July 2026, registering a 5% year-on-year (YoY) increase over the corresponding month last year. The company’s performance was driven by steady domestic demand and continued momentum across its product portfolio.
During the month, domestic sales stood at 30,516 units, compared to 29,159 units in July 2025, while exports contributed 2,000 units, taking the total monthly sales to 32,516 units.
The July performance follows another strong month in June 2026, when Toyota Kirloskar Motor recorded 31,016 total sales, reflecting a 7% YoY growth. June domestic dispatches increased to 28,441 units, while exports reached 2,575 units, supported by sustained customer demand in both domestic and international markets.
For the January–July 2026 period, Toyota’s cumulative domestic sales reached 233,854 units, representing a 13% increase over 207,497 units sold during the same period in 2025.
During the first four months of FY2026-27 (April–July 2026), the company sold 128,746 units in the domestic market, up 8% compared with 119,669 units in the corresponding period of the previous financial year.
Commenting on the July performance, Sabari Manohar, Executive Vice President – Sales, Service and Used Car Business, Toyota Kirloskar Motor, said the company maintained steady sales momentum during the month. He also highlighted the introduction of the new Toyota Hilux, which further strengthens Toyota’s SUV portfolio in India.
Toyota Kirloskar Motor continues to benefit from healthy demand across its passenger vehicle lineup while expanding its SUV offerings, reinforcing the brand’s growth trajectory in the Indian automotive market.
