
Victura Group has appointed automotive industry veteran Vineet Sahni as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), shortly after his departure from Fiem Industries, where he served as CEO and Director.
Sahni brings more than two decades of experience in the automotive components industry, having held senior leadership roles at Fiem Industries, Lumax Group, Varroc Engineering and Minda Industries. His appointment is expected to strengthen Victura Group’s growth ambitions across automotive, e-mobility and industrial sectors.
Headquartered in Faridabad, Victura Group is an engineering and manufacturing company that supplies precision components, sub-assemblies and systems to automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers worldwide. Its product portfolio includes sheet metal stampings, seat frames, exhaust system components, forged and machined parts, pressure pipes, aluminium castings and other engineered products used in passenger vehicles, two-wheelers, commercial vehicles, electric vehicles and off-highway applications.
The group operates over 20 manufacturing facilities and serves customers across the automotive, e-mobility, industrial and electronics sectors. In FY25, Victura reported revenue of approximately ₹3,500 crore and employed more than 8,000 people globally.
Prior to joining Victura, Sahni led Fiem Industries from May 2023 to June 2026. Before that, he served as Group CEO of Lumax Group for three years and earlier held the position of CEO and Senior Executive Director at Lumax Industries. During his tenure at Minda Industries, he headed the company’s lighting business, driving capacity expansion and the development of new projects for global vehicle manufacturers.
Sahni also held key leadership positions at Varroc Engineering, where he managed the company’s electrical division, overseeing businesses related to lighting systems, instrument clusters, ignition components and emission-control products. He played an important role in the company’s international expansion initiatives and strategic acquisitions.
Victura Group has developed manufacturing capabilities across stamping, tube and wire bending, forging, machining, aluminium casting and investment casting. In addition to serving domestic and international automotive customers, the company has expanded its presence in railways, defence, electronics and e-mobility segments, producing motor components, rotor and stator assemblies, and die-cast parts.
