Antonio Filosa has officially assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer at Stellantis N.V. and has unveiled his new global leadership team, effective immediately. The newly appointed team brings together seasoned industry experts from Stellantis’ global talent pool, reinforcing the company’s commitment to excellence and innovation across markets.
“It is a great honor to lead Stellantis, a global powerhouse rooted in strong regional foundations,” said Antonio Filosa upon stepping into his role as Chief Executive Officer. “Our greatest strengths lie in our people, our iconic brands, and the millions of loyal customers who believe in our company, our products, and the unique heritage that defines us. Their trust inspires us to aim even higher.”
The leadership appointments, following the organizational restructuring announced in February 2025, reflect the depth and diversity of talent within Stellantis. The updated team structure is designed to decentralize product decision-making—bringing it closer to key markets where Stellantis has deep-rooted expertise—while leveraging the emotional resonance and legacy of its brands to exceed evolving customer expectations worldwide.
Filosa added, “The leadership team announced today represents the very best of Stellantis—passionate individuals who lead with a people-first approach and have a deep understanding of our brands, products, and customers. Their entrepreneurial mindset and world-class capabilities will be essential in driving our continued success. United by pride in our legacy and a shared commitment to shaping our future, we will work closely with our dealers, suppliers, partners, and communities. Together, we will harness our collective strengths to position Stellantis as a leader in the next chapter of our industry.”

- Antonio Filosa, CEO, retains his role as head of North America and American Brands.
