Valvoline Global Operations, a leading provider of automotive and industrial solutions, has unveiled its first regional hub office in London—marking a major milestone in its global expansion journey.
“This London hub represents a key step in Valvoline Global’s growth strategy,” said Jamal K. Muashsher, President and CEO of Valvoline Global Operations. “We’re proud to expand our presence in Europe as we continue to support the people and technologies that keep the world moving. This move strengthens our commitment to delivering innovative solutions tailored to the evolving needs of our customers in this critical region and beyond.”
Located in Central London’s Fitzrovia district, the nearly 5,000 sq. ft. high-tech, collaborative space will be home to up to 29 Valvoline Global employees. The new location joins two existing Valvoline Global international hubs in Singapore and Lexington, Ky. (U.S.), which is also home to the company’s global corporate and R&D headquarters.
“We’ve spent months preparing for this moment, so seeing this new office finally become a reality is very exciting for all of us,” said Davide Crespi, Senior Vice President and General Manager, EMEA. “Our hub office in London will be key to expanding Valvoline Global’s presence and impact throughout EMEA as we work to continually serve our customers across the region with exceptional products, while also benefitting the local economy and community”, stated Davide Crespi
Senior Vice President and General Manager, EMEA, Valvoline Global Operations.
The opening of Valvoline Global’s new London office comes at a landmark moment in the company’s journey, as it gears up to celebrate its 160th anniversary next year. In 2024, Valvoline Global emerged as one of the fastest-growing lubricant brands worldwide, with a strong presence in over 140 countries and territories.
Driving this momentum is the company’s continued leadership in innovation across dynamic, high-demand sectors. Flagship offerings include Restore & Protect, a first-of-its-kind product designed to help engines run like new, specialized fluids for electric vehicles (EVs), and advanced heat transfer solutions for high-performance computing (HPC) systems.
Valvoline Global is also growing its international motorsports presence through its ongoing partnership with the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One® Team, based in Silverstone, UK. Off the track, the company is investing in the next generation of talent through its international Aspiring Mechanics Program—a collaboration with Aston Martin Aramco F1® and Milton Keynes College. Now entering its second year in the UK, the program offers students hands-on mechanic training and real-world learning experiences designed to spark careers in automotive technology.
