Renault India continued its upward sales momentum in February 2026, recording wholesale volumes of 3,495 units, marking a strong 31 percent year-on-year (YoY) increase compared to 2,676 units sold during the same month last year. The company has also maintained consistent growth in the early months of the year, achieving a cumulative 32 percent increase across January and February 2026 compared with the corresponding period in 2025.
Sustaining the positive trend established in January, Renault India outperformed broader industry growth during the month. Strong customer demand for the refreshed Kiger and Triber models remained a key driver, with the updated Triber emerging as a standout performer, registering a notable 57 percent YoY growth in February.
The enhanced product portfolio has contributed to a steady improvement in brand sentiment, supporting Renault India’s ongoing turnaround since the third quarter of calendar year 2025. The company reported YoY growth of 9 percent in Q3 CY2025, followed by 27 percent growth in Q4 CY2025, and a further 32 percent rise during the first two months of 2026.
Adding to the positive outlook, the announcement of the return of the popular Renault Duster to the Indian market has strengthened consumer interest, with dealerships witnessing increased footfall and renewed customer engagement.
