Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd. (TMPV) has announced a price increase of up to 1.5% across its passenger vehicle range, effective July 1, 2026. The revision will apply to all models and variants, including both internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles and electric vehicles (EVs).
According to the company, the decision has been driven by rising input costs and ongoing inflationary pressures affecting the automotive industry. While Tata Motors has absorbed a substantial portion of these increased costs over time, it stated that a partial pass-through has become necessary to maintain sustainable business operations.
The extent of the price revision will vary depending on the model and variant. Despite the increase, the company emphasized its commitment to preserving the overall value proposition of its products for customers.
Prospective buyers planning to purchase a Tata Motors passenger vehicle can still do so at current prices until June 30, 2026, before the revised pricing comes into effect.
