DriveX Mobility appoints Jyotsna Chaudhary as Head of Human Resources

Bringing over 16 years of experience in talent management, workforce planning and organizational transformation, she will play a key role in supporting the company’s next phase of growth and expansion.

DriveX Mobility, a technology-driven platform for pre-owned two-wheelers, has announced the appointment of Jyotsna Chaudhary as its Head of Human Resources. The move comes as the company accelerates its growth plans and strengthens its organisational capabilities to support expansion across its digital and retail operations.

Chaudhary brings over 16 years of experience in human resources, with expertise spanning talent management, workforce planning, leadership development, organisational transformation, and succession planning. Prior to joining DriveX, she served as Head HR – Business Partner at TVS Motor Company and has also worked with Continental Automotive Components, where she collaborated with teams across engineering, electric mobility, sales, and corporate functions.

In her new role, Chaudhary will lead key HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, organisational design, leadership development, and HR systems. She will also play a critical role in building future leadership pipelines as DriveX continues to expand its footprint in India’s pre-owned mobility market.

Commenting on the appointment, Devesh Taparia, CEO of DriveX Mobility, said the company remains focused on attracting and nurturing top talent to support its next phase of growth. He noted that Chaudhary’s extensive experience in the automotive sector and proven track record in organisational capability building make her a valuable addition to the leadership team.

Expressing her enthusiasm about joining the company, Chaudhary said she was inspired by DriveX’s growth ambitions and execution-driven culture and looks forward to building a high-performing workforce that can support the organisation’s long-term vision.

The appointment forms part of DriveX Mobility’s broader strategy to strengthen its leadership team and organisational foundation as it continues to scale operations within India’s rapidly evolving pre-owned two-wheeler ecosystem.
