Commercial electric vehicle manufacturer Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) has raised an additional ₹50 crore in funding, co-led by Abhishek Misra of SKG Asset Management and SKG Fund, Unistone Capital, Sanjeev Agarwal Family Office, and Brijesh Parekh Family Office.
The fresh capital comes as OSM continues to scale its electric mobility business and evaluates its potential path towards the public markets.
Earlier this month, the company had raised another ₹50 crore from Securocorp Securities, Sangeeta Pareekh, Saket Aggarwal Family Office, and Vanshika Sharma.
With the latest fundraise, OSM plans to increase its installed manufacturing capacity, strengthen its research and development capabilities, expand its dealer and service network, and accelerate the development and rollout of next-generation electric mobility products.
The company is focused on strengthening its presence in India’s commercial EV segment as demand for electric mobility solutions continues to grow across last-mile and commercial transportation applications.
Dr Uday Narang, Founder & Chairman, Omega Seiki Mobility, said, “This fundraise marks a significant milestone for Omega Seiki Mobility as we move into the next phase of our growth journey. The confidence shown by our investors strongly validates our vision, execution capabilities, and long-term strategy. Over the past eight years, we have built the company on a foundation of manufacturing excellence, innovation, and financial discipline.”
He further added, “We remain focused on building scalable electric mobility solutions that create long-term value for our customers, partners, and investors.”
OSM is looking to leverage its manufacturing capabilities, diversified product portfolio, and distribution network to build a scalable electric mobility platform.
The company’s expansion into passenger mobility, premium electric two-wheelers and electric light commercial vehicles is expected to complement its established cargo three-wheeler business and create a broader portfolio of solutions for last-mile logistics, passenger transportation and commercial applications.
OSM currently operates 150 touchpoints across India and plans to expand its network to 250 by FY28, underscoring its focus on deeper market penetration and customer access. The company is also looking beyond India as part of its next phase of growth, with Africa among the key geographies under evaluation.
The latest investment comes at a time when OSM is demonstrating a marked improvement in its financial performance. The company reported approximately ₹333 crore in revenue in FY26, reflecting 13% year-on-year growth. It has also turned PAT positive, despite global supply chain pressures and rising raw material costs.
This signals a meaningful shift in OSM’s operating trajectory, as the company transitions from a growth-led expansion phase to a more disciplined model focused on scale, profitability, and sustainable long-term growth.
Founded in 2018 by Dr. Uday Narang, Omega Seiki Mobility has emerged as a consistent and strong player in India’s electric commercial vehicle market.
OSM’s product portfolio spans electric cargo three-wheelers, passenger vehicles, premium electric two-wheelers and electric light commercial vehicles. The company operates manufacturing facilities in Faridabad and Pune and is focused on building a broader electric mobility ecosystem spanning manufacturing, distribution, service, and technology.
The company has also established relationships with large enterprise and logistics customers, including but not limited to all major e-commerce including Amazon, Flipkart, Zomato, BigBasket, Porter, Maersk, and Nestlé and global logistics companies.
In August 2025, OSM announced the commencement of its first overseas manufacturing plant in Jafza, Dubai, marking an important step in its international expansion strategy.
