For the second year in a row, BorgWarner has earned a spot on Newsweek’s prestigious list of America’s Most Trustworthy Companies. The recognition, presented by Newsweek in collaboration with Statista Inc.—a leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider—highlights companies that demonstrate exceptional trust among customers, employees, and investors. The 2025 list was officially announced on March 26 and is available on Newsweek.com.

To identify the companies that have best cultivated trustworthiness in the eyes of consumers, employees and investors, the Most Trustworthy Companies in America 2025 list was built on an innovative methodology consisting of two evaluation components:
- Survey Results (80%): 25,000 U.S. residents evaluated companies on 3 pillars of trust: customer, employee and investor trust.
- Social Listening Analysis (20%): 304,000 mentions about the companies from various internet segments were gathered and rated according to their sentiment, virality and reach.
The 700 companies with the highest score have been awarded as one of the Most Trustworthy Companies in America 2025, including 21 companies in the Automotive & Components industry category. BorgWarner increased its rank within the category from 2024 to place in the top 10 in 2025.
